NOTE 1 | This registration form is allowed to use for one person only (no registrations for several persons in the same order). Registration: only one (1) per event!

When you book the Symposium, remember also to book your participation in other events (0 EUR) included in Symposium fee before you pay (limited space/catering).  If you book only Workshops, you are not allowed to book events (0 EUR), which are included in Symposium fee.

NOTE 2 | Your registrations on Symposium, Workshops and Gala Dinner Avec will be confirmed only when your shopping card is paid. Payments with PayPal (credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Confirmation will be sent to your email box. If you book only events 0 EUR and no Symposium, the registration will not be confirmed.

When you select the first event into the shopping cart, you have 3 hours to make more selections and pay. After that, the unpaid shopping cart will be emptied.

NOTE 3 | *Limited number of participants, registration required. Also register in those Symposium events (marked with *) if required. *Master demos are included in the Symposium fee.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if canceled by May 5, 2024 | refund 50% by June 30, 2024 | 30% by July 15, 2024, no refunds after that. If you need to cancel use this Contact form.
